2. Subject

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of photographic works printed on demand, offered as limited editions, via the Idealart.fr website.

3. Nature of the works

The works offered are artistic photographs printed on professional quality media.

Each work :

• is produced as a limited edition
• may be numbered (e.g. 3/30)
• may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity
• is printed on demand, according to the chosen characteristics (format, support, finish).

The visuals presented on the site are non-contractual. Slight variations in color or rendering may exist between the screen display and the printed work.

4. Limited editions

The total number of prints is strictly limited to the number indicated on the product sheet.

Once the maximum number of copies has been reached, the work may no longer be reproduced in the same format and medium.

Each print is unique in terms of numbering and position within the series.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and in the currency of each country, all taxes included.
They include printing, preparation of the work and, where applicable, the certificate of authenticity.

Idealart.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already validated.

6. Order

All orders imply full acceptance of the present terms and conditions.

An order confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been confirmed.

7. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The means of payment accepted are those indicated on the site at the time of purchase.

8. Production

Artwork is printed on demand, after validation of the order.
The average production time is 1 to 3 working days.

9. Delivery

Artwork is shipped to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.

Idealart.fr cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

10. Right of withdrawal (ESSENTIAL CLAUSE)

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Photographic works printed on demand and offered as limited editions may not be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed, except in the event of a proven defect.

11. Damaged or non-conforming works

In the event of receipt of a damaged or non-conforming work, the customer has 48 hours after delivery to contact Idealart.fr, with supporting photos.

After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered.

12. Intellectual property rights

The works remain the exclusive intellectual property of their author.

The purchase of a work does not imply any right of reproduction or commercial exploitation of the image.

Any reproduction, distribution or use without written authorization is prohibited.

13. Personal data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations, in accordance with the RGPD.

14. Applicable law

These GCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (Law No. 78-17), we inform you that you have a right to consult, modify and withdraw your personal data brought to the attention of Charles Hamonnais when using the service. Charles Hamonnais is the sole recipient of this information. The database comprising the Registration Data has been registered with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) under number 1544363.
